Family pictures

During Thanksgiving I had my mom and sister, Dani take our family pictures. That last time we got them done was when Miki was 5 months old. She has defiantly grown up since then!

Halloween 2011

A few days before Halloween we carved/decorated pumpkins. Miki loves her "punki."

She was cranky and was hoping to get some sympathy from grandma

She was sure proud of her pumpkin

Mine and Jory's pumpkins
For Halloween Miki was a ladybug. She didn't want to wear her costume, so I had to keep reminding her that we were going to go trick-or-treating and get candy. So she was okay with it after that. I asked her once how she learned about candy and she said, "Papa." She loves candy.

She had to take a picture with her pumpkin

Cute little ladybug

She loved trick-or-treating once she got the hang of it. She realized if she just stood there looking cute people would keep giving her candy. And it worked!

Phoenix Zoo

Last week Jory had to be in Phoenix for a job thing, so we decided to go to the Phoenix Zoo afterward. Miki loved it. Anytime she would see an animal that resembled a cat she would say, "Kitty, mere." Then click her tongue. She loves animals and isn't afraid of them like she is everything else.
She loved the prairie dogs

She escaped from the stroller and wanted to run around the whole time. After this she walked pretty much the whole rest of the day.

She loves tractors

They had a petting zoo, but the only thing to pet were the goats.

At this point she was extremely tired and grouchy.

We spent 5 long hours at the zoo, but we sure had fun!

Happy Birthday Jory!

Jory turned 27 on October 25th. He worked 15 hours that day, so he was tired. We just had cupcakes and presents for him when he got home.

Happy Birthday Jory! We love you!

Graham County Fair

A few weekends ago it was the Graham County Fair. I was so excited to take Miki. I knew she would love seeing all the animals, but I wasn't so sure about the rides because she is afraid of EVERYTHING! But she loved the rides! Luckily she is tall for her age and was able to ride some of the kid rides even though she isn't 2 yet.

Miki loves her "vroom, vrooms"

She was scared to death coming down the slide
But once she was down she wanted to go right back up

The whole time on the train she kept saying, "Choo choo"

This was the only ride she could ride by herself. I figured she would be scared, but once we started clapping for her she was happy and kept turning back around to look at everyone.

She loves "horsies neigh"

She had a blast on the rides and didn't ever want to get off.
