Graham County Fair

A few weekends ago it was the Graham County Fair. I was so excited to take Miki. I knew she would love seeing all the animals, but I wasn't so sure about the rides because she is afraid of EVERYTHING! But she loved the rides! Luckily she is tall for her age and was able to ride some of the kid rides even though she isn't 2 yet.

Miki loves her "vroom, vrooms"

She was scared to death coming down the slide
But once she was down she wanted to go right back up

The whole time on the train she kept saying, "Choo choo"

This was the only ride she could ride by herself. I figured she would be scared, but once we started clapping for her she was happy and kept turning back around to look at everyone.

She loves "horsies neigh"

She had a blast on the rides and didn't ever want to get off.

Movie Night & Apple Annie's

Last night we had a movie night with Miki. We made a "nest" on the floor and let her stay up late (9:30).

She watched about 5 seconds of the previews then ran around the rest of the movie.

This morning we went to Apple Annie's in Willcox. We went on a hay ride and picked our own pumpkins.

She would not look at the camera once. She was too busy people watching like her dad likes to do!

Miki had a fun day, but it's definitely a lot cheaper to buy pumpkins at Wal-Mart.

Update

I figured since I haven't posted anything in a while I would post a little update. We moved to a new house (that I love) and have been painting, fixing it up, moving and decorating. So we have been busy. Jory quit his job and it took 2 1/2 months to find another one (which is why I haven't felt like blogging. It's not fun when your life sucks!)
Miki has been growing up. I can't believe she will be 2 in two months! She talks like a pro now. She can definitely get her point across. She loves babies, bags, shoes and clothes (she is definitely a girl!) She only likes nursery if I stay with her and don't leave her side. She loves to sing in church and will sing all the hymns during sacrament meeting. She is too smart for me and Jory now. We can't trick her into eating anything or doing anything. We sure love our little Miki. She makes us laugh everyday.
